Property Maintenance
Our aim is to help you keep your property in tip top condition and will arrange to remedy any issues as and when required. We will do the ‘handyman’ jobs around the house as well as freshen it up with some painting and decorating. When you have issues with plumbing, electrics, boilers or refurbishments, we will locate credible contractors to get the job done.
Host Short-Term Lets
When the landlord requires quick cash flow while waiting for their property to sell, we will host short term stays which generates high returns. We will manage the whole process from vetting the guests, key handover, key collection, cleaning and maintenance.
Inventory Reporting
An inventory report is a detailed and thorough description of the whole property including front approach and garden. This is completed before tenants moving in. We compile full details and images of furnishings, decor, fixtures, fittings, cleanliness and any additions which are all included in the report. This report can be used as legal evidence should disputes arise. We also conduct Check-Ins and Check-Outs.
