Inventory Report

An inventory report is a detailed and thorough description of the content and condition of the whole property including front approach and garden and is completed before tenants moving in. We record the full details and images of furnishing, décor, fixtures, fittings, cleanliness and any additions which are all included in the report.

Inventory + Check-In

This is when we complete both the inventory report and check-in both on the same day. This is the most requested as this provides the most up to date and accurate reporting of the condition of the property at the time the new tenant moves in. We will attend the property a couple hours ahead of the tenant, compile the report then conduct the Check-In.

Mid-Term

For complete peace of mind, we will conduct an inspection and record the condition of the property midway through the tenancy. We will note any disparity between the inventory report and the current state of the property. This is to ensure that your property is kept in tip-top condition.

Check-Out

When the tenant moves out, the condition of the property will be reported and compared against the original inventory. A thorough inspection of the property will be undertaken, providing a well-rounded comparison of inventory report at check-in and check out.
